At DOXA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass our quality inspection.
